because of what seemed like a good deal we Switched to Sky Broadband on 31st May and by 4th of June we couldn't take it any more it is soooo slow, you cannot do anything other than basic surfing and even then its unreliable. I actually had to connect my laptop to my iphone hotspot in order to use my 3g and had no problem whatsoever watching bbc iplayer. I have cancelled now (which took two hours and conversations with about 8 people) and gone back to my original provider who i've never had problem with... Sky should stick to TV they don't even deserve one star
