Just want to warn everyone against Sky Broadband....after months of calling them to complain about the internet service (or the lack thereof) they tell me that they could recommend a newer model of router but insist that we pay an extra £40. I told them that we had been receiving a fraction of the band width that we pay for and that it was unacceptable that we should pay extra to deal with a problem that they should be responsible for (especially if they are not even sure that this will solve the issue). I asked them to give me just ONE reason to stay with their lousy company and the customer service woman couldn't even come up with one reason....after having a subscription with them for six years, this is really disappointing!!!
