The TV package is not good - for all the channels we have (we have all of them), there is rarely anything on that hasn't been repeated a few times in the month. I could buy the programs I like on DVD and save money.

Sky internet - let me put it this way, there'll be times when I think 'oh the internet is fast today', and it turns out that my computer is linked to someone elses internet (someone down my street). It is so frustrating. I was told I would have to wait 245 HOURS to upload a 30 second video (the file wasn't even a large one).

Sky Go - I am trying to watch Sound of music on my computer as we speak. I am 25 minutes in and it has buffered a total of 30 times!!!! I feel like I'm waiting to die.


I wish I would have known how slow the internet is, I wish I would have known how little is actually on TV (I never watch it - I shall be getting freeview next time). I think the advertising should clearly state the amount of people who get anything near the 20meg they advertise - because I'm not sure I even get 1 sometimes.
