On my agrrement letter my installation was late because the engineer couldnt do it, but then another engineer came out and resolved the problem but it was a while since that happened which i was very unhappy about.
also the people at the customer service deskdo not help you resolve your problems they always give you the worst outcome of the process. i have literally just got off the phone to one of the staff members and they were quite rude to me suggesting they are going to call the debt collectors to collect my money becuase even though they chased up the money they were still being very rude. Hence why i was writing this review so they know in future how NOT to treat there fellow customers and for them to treat to customer with respect.
