We changed to Daisy from BT. It's the worst thing we've done. A couple of times a week we lose broadband service for hours. We've had 5 Openreach engineer visits and each time Daisy tell us the issue is resolved. Within a few days to a week we lose service again.

This has gone on for 3 months.

When I asked to be released from the contract early because they're not providing the service I pay for I was told it would cost me £590 as the service met acceptable levels.

Would never recommend them to anyone. In fact I'd advise keeping a wide berth.
