We have had ongoing problems with BT Yahoo for 9 months. Problems are mainly re vanishing emails - now you see them, now you don't. They never reappear.Given that I use my inbox as my 'pending' folder, and this is where they routinely vanish from, it's a total pain. I resort to creating folders to move emails to from my inbox as the only way of preserving them. BY Yahoo support have been worse than useless - one of their attempts to recover emails resulted in us losing 10 days of emails from all our folders, including our sent box, never to be recovered. Like many others, I have resisted moving as it's a pain to change email addresses but I am at the end of my tether and am now looking into other email providers. Difficult to choose though....
