“More outage, more rubbish service from BT”

BT continues its truly dismal performance and care for its customers. As of today, 28th March, the entire BT Yahoo mail systems seems to have crashed. The manifestation of this that I haev experienced is that for the last two hours of my life I have been trying to log in as normal, but have been told that the ID or password details are wrong.

Having had this problem once before a few years ago - to be told after waiting for about an hour on the phone that it was because the BT systems sometimes 'corrupt' users emails, I went through the dismally slow porcess of re-setting my email details. Still not able to gain access.

So I braced myself, spent about 10 minutes trying to find the right helpline phone number, then waiting about 15 minutes to get an answer - to be told that there is a total 'outage' of the BT Yahoo system.

Well, BT, WHY DID YOU NOT SIMPLY PUT A MESSAGE TO THIS EFFECT ON THE BT YAHOO LOGIN PAGE? WHY DID YOU NOT HAVE A MESSAGE TO THIS EFFECT ON THE HELPLINE ANSWER SYSTEM?

WHY ARE YOU CORPORATELY INCAPABLE OF THINKING OF YOUR CUSTOMERS?????????

Seriously, fellow BT sufferers, let's do all we can to get rid of this shameful company. It's about time it got sold off to someone that's actually capably of running a modern telecoms company.

And unless, like me, stuck in a rural location, you have no real choice but to reply on BT, then for goodness sake, think of your sanity and avoid BT like the plague.
