First time I have had to make a claim while ravelling abroad.
Fast efficient and very friendly service.
Accommodating and ongoing contact and support, providing options and information.
Did all that they said, simply and effectively.
No problems - car picked up quickly by French operator and paid for, hire car booked and paid for, taxi on arrival in UK booked and paid for, car repatriated (could be fixed in France) within the stated 3 weeks, and delivered where we chose (our local garage) in good condition.
Really impressed, thoroughly recommended.
