I had the misfortune to break down on the A4 into London in bumper to bumper traffic. A van full of police officers stopped the traffic and pushed me off the road. I called Gem and as I was still speaking to them the breakdown company phoned me. 30 minutes later technician arrived and diagnostics told him it was the crankshaft sensor.Although the car was running ok I was advised it could stop at any time so about 40 minutes later I was on the way home on a flatbed recovery vehicle. Whole incident handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible
