I was left completely abandoned by this company having been with them 8 years!! I ended up locked out of my car 07.05.15 and despite advising First Call GB during the call that my purse was in the car and I could pay once they got me in they refused to send help out unless I paid upfront!! Considering I have been a customer with them for approx 8 years this is how they treated me. The security guard at the shopping centre where this happened had kindly used his phone to contact them, he attempted to speak to them and explain this and a First Call supervisor was rude to him and cut the call!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND ARE JUST FOR TAKING YOUR MONEY - CUSTOMER WELFARE IS NOT A CONCERN. This company shall go bust with this attitude - so many bad reviews on-line on this company, read them all, they should feel ashamed. They now claim I refused to pay!!!! What a joke - I COULD NOT PAY, NOT THAT I REFUSED TO PAY until I could get to my purse in my locked car! They have manipulated the details yet I refer them to listen to the call! This shall be escalated to the Ombudsman, I have 2 witnesses at the scene at the time of the phone call conversations plus myself and the security guard both had the same response from staff at First Call. I advise that you all take up youre bad experiences via the Ombudsman as First Call should not be allowed to continue getting away with this.
