DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When you have a problem you will get indifferent staff ... Very slow help, or possibly none at all ... Very slow phone response, usually an answering machine. Effectively they will try and farm out your problem to someone else for as cheap a rate as possible. If you have a disagreement with them they just hide behind terms and conditions and send disgraceful threatening letters. They are not interested in customer service as they know there are plenty more mugs like me out there who will think they are getting a good deal. In reality it is like everything else in that cheap price reflects a cheap service.
