Same issue as others on here. Good a letter from emergency assist ltd who provides the cover for this company saying they are in a dispute and my policy is no longer valid, Jacobs only just renewed it last month.
Have tried to email drive 24-7 and called the director, but received no reply and his mailbox is full. Surprise surprise!
Waiting on a promised refund. Not very hopeful.

same here we have been shammed big time, they have taken our money and ran, not sure if anybody in the same situation has any advice or had any luck with getting the money back
