We used to be with Auto Breakdown Recovery who then got taken over by AutoAid. ABR were always very good. Not so AutoAid.

Broke down last night on the M5 - operator said two and a half hours to get a recovery truck. Only after speaking to Highways England - who were exceptionally helpful and professional - did we get a more responsive reaction from AutoAid. Even so, it took nearly six hours in the cold to recover from J17 to near J7

I'm going elsewhere.
