I have been with auto aid for a lot of years and when they are needed you get a prompt response. I have had to use them twice and the service was fantastic, they use a massive network of breakdown operators so response time is really quick. All you need to remember you have to pay for breakdown upfront and then claim it back which is also a very easy process. Annual subscription cost is also very very good.
