To cut a long story short, I paif or AA membership thinking I was getting home cover free for 6 months. message on website was extrememly misleading and turns out this home cover was for houses not cars. AA tried to charge extra for everything (even though I was a paid up member).

Their customer services department was totally inflexible and unwilling to help and come to a reasonable solution.

They think becuase you are broken down you will pay anything. Do not let them hold you to ransom!

I would not even give a terrible rating. They are not good enough to warrnat that!
