14 month old boiler. Engineer called out twice to fix the same fault within the space of 10 months. No hot water or heating. Engineer from another company advised the motor AND circuit board needing replaced at a cost of £300+. Unfortunately the boiler was not serviced by the previous owner of property within a year of being installed so the 10 year warranty is now null and void. Loads of cheap components in the boiler so no doubt the engineer will be called out to replace parts again soon. Will probably be better of buying a new boiler and starting again! Not impressed at all!! Good old B&Q
