Simple & Effective
7 years and its running just as good as the day it was fitted in our two bed terrace - just one issue in a storm the back drought up the condenser pipe caused water to splash in the trap and trigger the overflow sensor - cleaned sensor and rebooted - long term solution a grid cover to stop wind going up the pipe - its just a good solid boiler - we had a remote timer/thermostat fitted which was dead simple following the instructions in the manual

Vizo 24 Boilers Time Clocks
I have been trying to locate a simple time clock for the father in law and nearly lost the will to live trying to get one on the web, I managed to find one from who i took to be heatline/viso agents and very nearly did pass away when they told me the price £143 plus vat remember this clock is not rocket science just a simple three stage switch lesson learned do not buy vizo
If you read the manual it tells you exactly how to fit a simple aftermarket clock - its just 2 wires and they have even put connectors on ready to fit - its a 15 min job

People Give These Boilers A Real Hard Time, But Th
People give these boilers a real hard time, but there is no real reason why. All the parts are top brands and the build quality is very good. I think because of the bargain price (£399), they attract the less discerning gas fitter, who does not bother to ensure the system is completely clean (no cleanser or inhibitor used). This results in both pump and dv problems prematurely.
I have fitted loads of different makes and this is as solid as the next. Plus they are simple to fit. Highly recommend.
Q&A
Why does the pressure shoot up to between 4&5bar pressure when the boiler is running.
