Heatline Sargon 35

This has got to be the worst boiler on the market. Everything in mine has been renewed costing me loads of money . I could have brought two new boilers with the money I have spent on it. Plus lots of engineers won't touch it as its so rubbish . Spend a little more and get a reliable boiler that does not make you pull your hair out every 6 months .

Been fitted quite a few years now, only trouble I have had was the timer failing.

It does make a noise on startup for a few seconds, but nothing to worry me.

Friend also had one fitted when is Baxi failed 3 years ago and couldn't get spares!

I would fit another when this one does fail, hopefully the noise problem will have been sorted with the newer models.

Don't waste your money buying this boiler. Have had nothing but trouble with it. It broke down a couple of times within the first twelve months and since then i have a had plumbers out at least six or seven times with different problems. It has cost so much in repairs we could have bought an all singing and dancing top of the range boiler!!!

worst boiler ever less than 2 years old and thermal fuse has blown but cant buy new one, you must buy a new heat exchanger to get the fuse which is half the price of the original cost of boiler and very noisey when it did work .pile of rubbish

I sum up the Heatline Sargon 35 in one complete word "Terrible" only a couple of months old already it is not working keeps flashing F4 at me which it says is an Ionization Fault what ever that is. So now my wife and I are freezing to death. Tried to contact heatline but no joy there.

My rating for this product and the support would be minus 10 if you allowed that.

When it was working it was like world war three had started it was that noisy!!!
