Quite the WORST product I have EVER bought of any sort in my entire 50 years of life. Totally unreliable from the start and has been repaired 1 to 4 times a year EVERY year since we had it installed 9 years ago. I honestly believe every single component has been replaced at least once and some bits three times. I have now given up and am replacing it with the vow to NEVER BUY a BAXI POTTERTON again in my life.

Really, I would NEVER recommend this product, I would recommend try ANYTHING else because my experience was that I could only have made a worse purchase if there had been an explosion - which thankfully never happened !
