This place was abysmal - while the owner was nice, the management of the facility was horrendous - great news for dog owners that it is no more

Bright, spacious, air conditioned and spotlessly clean, there is so much attention to detail in this place that you can rest assured that your beloved pets will be looked after better than anywhere else similar. The added bonus is that the place - cats are kept in the Cattery in the City on the 1st floor, and dogs are looked after in an open plan environment (they are NOt caged!) in the creche downstairs - is so centrally located, near the City and Canary Wharf, so if you're a Londoner you don't have to travel miles. I've left all my three dogs and cat here and they were so happy they hardly wanted to return home. Everyone is so helpful and caring it really does offer peace of mind.
