I ordered curtains and cushions but unfortunately the curtains were not in stock. I received an e-mail advising me that you were trying to source curtains from another store. I then received a further e-mail advising that the curtains were now in stock and my order was being despatched. Customer Service also said they would send the order next day delivery as I was having visitors and wanted to have the curtains changed before they arrive.
I have always found staff at Terry's extremely helpful and would certainly recommend them to my friends.
