After placing an order on what seems like a well run site i got suspicious after not hrearing anything from them after 2 weeks. I looked up the reviews and was horrified to see that people were not receiving orders. i notices someone had kindly put a telephone number on there so i called it and got a rude response saying "hang on i will put you thru to someone else without any questions" the lady came on who was covering for someone else and said my order had failed as the material was out of stock! it took 2 weeks for me to find out, they hadnt let me know. luckily i got the phone number or i would of been waiting weeks to find out were it was.

I would not touch this company again and will check the reviews next time before i order. be careful!

I also asked why they do not display the telephone number on the website and she told me she works for british blinds or something?? something not quite right with this company!!
