Seems like there's something not right with this place recently, it used to be super reliable - fitted the wrong shutters, in the wrong colour with the wrong fittings, am constantly chasing the owner who rarely gets back to my emails or calls, still unresolved after four months, owner didn't communicate any changes in our order to us prior to them being fitted and now and stuck with shutters we didn't want.

Received a really great service from LeLouvre. We are really pleased with the shutters, the look lovely and everyone always comments on them. Would highly recommend.

Very professional from start to finish, kept us informed at very milestone, the man doing the installation was a pleasure to have around the house, polite, methodical and did an excellent job. Would happily recommend to others.

The quality of workmanship and professional service was excellent, really friendly and you could tell they wanted to give you the best service they could and make the client happy. They also offered a hand painted finish and locks which other companies didn't. Overall they wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything and went out of their way to make it happen . Le Louvre have charming staff who provide a friendly professional service. The fitting involved minimal mess and the contractor was polite and professional. The colour selected from swatches was exactly the right shade to compliment the rest of the room. The shutters themselves are a quality product and they move beautifully. We are amazed at how they have transformed our bedroom, it feels like we are on holiday in a luxury hotel everyday. All of this for a very competitive price , We are thrilled to bits. After researching quite a few shutter companies and having home consultations we came across Le Louvre and asked then to come to our house for a quote. We couldn't believe our luck and were so thankful to have found them. They were so professional, gave fantastic advice and understood exactly what we wanted. We have just renovated a flat in London, and so over a few months had quotations from / dealt with a variety of suppliers, craftsmen, builders and decorators. Out of all of them, Le Louvre stood out, not only for their enthusiasm, helpfulness and efficiency, but also the quality of the product. The shutters, which were handcrafted in Canada, are wonderful - beautifully made, functional and visually stunning. They have really enhanced the property. We have just had our new flat fitted with shutters from Le Louvre's Artisan range and I don’t think we could be happier. The entire experience was exceptional. The team are professional, friendly and efficient. It was refreshing to see how much pride the fitter took in his work, and how enthusiastic the owner of the company is about his product. I had a special request for locks to be fitted, and where many other companies did not even consider it – Le Louvre researched the different locks to ensure that the ones they used did what they were supposed to without taking away from the shutters. The quality of the shutters themselves cannot be rivalled and have made our first house into a beautiful home. We would happily recommend both the product and the team behind it and will certainly look to use them again in the future.

Appt made, he arrived on time. Very helpful suggestions tailored to our needs, budget and time frame (where we were rather awkward customers but this was easily accommodated!) When the shutters arrived all but one of the nine fitted the windows PERFECTLY. The last unfortunately had an error in that it was built the wrong way round but this was sorted out without drama or debate. The shutters 'make' our rooms, and have no hesitation in recommending Le Louvre's products or customer service.

Le Louvre offer a high quality of hard wood and eco range of shutters in many finishes. The product finish and look is without doubt one of the best on the market.
