Fantastic Product

This is my third order with California Shutters and each time there customer care is SPOT ON.
If you are thinking of installing shutters then THIS is the company to deal with. The site to design your shutters is idiot proof, but just to make sure a very nice person from the company phones you to make sure your measurements and specifications make sense before your order is confirmed.
You can buy temporary blinds to go in the window while you wait for the order. They only cost a few pounds and are excellent, go up in seconds - was sad to take them down when the blinds arrived!
When the shutters are due another nice person from the company phones to arrange a delivery date, and that date and time is when they arrive!! These people should run parcel force and other delivery companies!
The shutter quality and workmanship is first class. Simple to put up, in fact a joy to put up, everything fits and everything is there. There is even a little pot of paint with brush inside to touch up any little scags you've made, cos believe me the shutters come so well packed and protected there are no marks when they arrive.
The shutters from my first order I installed nearly 2 years ago still look as fresh as day one.
My only regret - I have no more windows to fit these shutters to now - I will just have to move so that I have an excuse to deal with California Shutter Company again... Thanks guys
