Still waiting for my shutters. Ordered with a 7-8 week lead time. 3 Week additional delay because of the Chinese New Year... Seems they have no control over this, so not really apologetic, just a matter of "this isn't our fault, it is the manufacturers". Strange the retailer not being able to agree a Service Level Agreement with the manufacturer... Still, due to the delay they would give me a 'free' morning or Saturday delivery! Next "sorry, further delay our vessel has broken down and needs to be repaired!" Still waiting! No reply from my emails, looks like they might be coming another couple of weeks later on hmmmmm... really would just like to cancel and leave them with a couple of grands worth of shutters that they won't be able to sell just to teach them some basic customer relations. No mention that these 'premium' shutters would be coming in from China! I think it must be California, Sichuan Province, rather than California, USA.

We have contacted you directly to resolve this issue Mr Clark. I would however like to take this opportunity to again apologise for the delays that occurred on this occasion and hope that should you choose to order with us again we can prove that this is a rare eventuality.
