The blind I received was poor plastic quality and looks very cheap. Could have bought the same thing for half the price in a local high street store. I was unable to return this item which cost over £50 but looks cheap and nasty. Very disappointing, would never recommend or use them again. There are much better sites out there for blinds, avoid this one like the plague! I am telling all my friends and colleagues, never bought anything online which could not be returned. Customer service as shabby as the product.
