This is a custard cream dressed up - it is not a lemon puff!! Wrong shape, no puff pastry, no glaze and hardly lemon flavoured. So disappointing and very expensive - definitely will not buy again. Has the recipe been lost on the way to Portugal as see they are now manufactured there. Translation problem for the ingredients!!! Why change a perfect biscuit to something very mundane. Should get done under the trade descriptions act!
