Insurance claim

I had my Cube Acid (27.5) stolen from my garden. The initial uptake from Wheelies was very prompt, they rang later that morning. After that it all went down hill. In summary, they had to contact me multiple times (during my working day) and kept me waiting on the line 'while I just adjust that order' for so long. Each time they contacted me, the waiting time just kept adding up. The staff were very polite, but the system needs to change. We are all very busy; too busy to keep hanging on the line for 10-15 mins each time you ring!!
