It's very good. I don't know what is made of, but I find it more similar to fruit beers, rather than than the classic beer

Maybe it's cool in the eyes of the schoolgirls, but it has nothing in common with any great beer. The taste is artificial and has a strange twist.I even wouldn't call it a true beer. Almost as bad as mass produced radler. Needs a lot of advertising to sell.

Awesome beer, has a great flavour to it, and especially on a hot day a chilled one with slice of a lime goes down so easy. Regarding the flavour, you can barely taste the tequila flavouring so it isn't a strong beer at all and it has more of a 'lemony' taste. It is the perfect beer for a night out in my opinion because it is easy to drink, is strong at 5.9% and is usually quite cheap.

This is a great drink to have, myself and friends love the stuff and only drink that on nights out. It tastes even better when its been chilled properly. Nice sweet taste that's cut with the taste of tequila. Its one of those drinks I can have a few of and be happy all night.

Had these for the 1st time in Canary Islands, then a couple years later found them in a bar in Bristol, very nice beer, but not available widely enough!

Nice tequila favour, espacially with lime, not so expensive. Generally nice, different beer!

This beer should be imported to ontario forever, 1 in 2 people that I introduce this beer to love it, too bad for them that I have the last 4 cases in my city stashed in my closet!

Desperado is a bottled lager, which at first glance resembles the likes of Corona or Sol. What separates this beer from the rest of them is that it has the added ingredient of Tequila. This gives the lager a whole new taste, which can most closely be compared to lager and lime. When this drink has been properly chilled it is very refreshing on a hot day. Be warned though, it is pretty strong for a lager (I think it's 5.9%) and you certainly feel the effects after a few bottles.
My only criticism is that it can be quite pricey at approximately £2.80 (depending on where you live). But for a unique lager with a twist, it's one of my favourites.

You must be joking about the cheap part, this stuff costs 2.25 for 330cl bottle in Tesco supermarkets in Ireland and is generally between 1.99 to 2.10 a pop everywhere else. In pubs its 5.00 a bottle. So its not cheap here, however I do li,e a bottle every now and then, would be nice to know what ingredients are in it, coming from The Netherlands according to the label I would say its fairly safe but I am not sure...
