I bought a mattress for my baby. But I never got it.

On the website there is a description delivery 3-6 days with dhl.

Usually you could truck your order on dhl, but I didn`t received a track number, and I couldn`t found in the order details.

On their website shows the item has been delivered. LOLOLOL

They have a contact number with 0845 so you have to pay if you like to speak with them.

But you can`t becausse they didn`t pick up the phone only answear machine what is staright charge you!!!!!

Not recomended!!!!!!!!!

Go to ebay, in the worst situation you gonna get back your money.

Stay away to this company!!!!

Mattress cost £18, delivery £69. Cut out the middle man- they said. They are the middle man.

I have been using the Mattress Factory for a few years - I have bought a foam mattress for a campervan, 2 siingles and most recently a cot mattress. All products have been great quality, and I am looking forward to when I need a new mattress and get to shop there for me!

I ordered a mattress in February, received an email the next day asking when delivery would be suitable for us. We agreed delivery on 27th Feb, we received a phone call in the afternoon to advise they could not meet the agreed delivery which was a bit disappointing but the transport manager delivered the mattress himself instead! The service we received was great and if i know anyone who is looking for a mattress I would recommend this company.

I was a little wary ordering online especially as it was a mattress for our newborn baby's cot. I found the prices to be very reasonable in comparison to other suppliers and the quality to be above standard. I placed the order in the morning and by 2pm the mattress was delivered as they were in the area. I would Definately recommend this company to all my friends and family. The service, delivery and quality was excellent and I look forward to using them again.

My wife is having our second child and struggling to sleep properly. We decided it might be down to our mattress - turns out it was far older than we thought, around 10 years! We found a king size pocket sprung mattress at the Mattress Factory website and it seemed to be a good price, have lots of pocket springs (the springs on our mattress were almost coming through the cover!) and they could deliver when it suited us. I ordered and arranged delivery for the next day. I later found out that I had to be in work the next day but I called up and spoke to Michelle who rearranged the delivery for later in the week :) The mattress arrived vacuum packed in a roll and looked pretty small, when we unwrapped the mattress it sprung back to its full size and within an hour it looked brilliant. A very comfy mattress, nice and firm but with an extra bit of softness on the top because of the memory foam. Happy to say the wife had a restful nights sleep at last! Thanks.
