Ordered a (king size gold) mattress topper at a great price and told the delivery would take a few days so stated my home address as I was on annual leave for a week. Shipment notification stated a 'delivery by' date which fell within my holiday period but this date passed without receipt. Frustratingly a day after I placed the order the tracking showed that it was at the local depot but this is where it sat for almost a week! A revised delivery date was given but as I was back at work I needed to change the address but Zleeps and the courier (Yodel) were unable to do this until the delivery was attempted. Fortunately it arrived in the evening when I was in. Customer services at Zleeps were very good and sympathetic to the problem but unfortunately it doesn't change the fact that I stayed in the previous week waiting for delivery that didn't arrive and I could have been doing other things during my annual leave. Such a shame that a great product at a great price, from what seems to be a good company has been let down by a rubbish courier.

We ordered a gold standard single Hypnia memory foam mattress topper, on the strength of a recommendation from a friend who was delighted with hers. We were very pleased with ours, and having both tried it out on one side of the bed we decided to order a matching topper for the other side of the bed. Disappointingly it was nothing like the first, as the foam and the cover were totally different. We had several exchanges of unsatisfactory emails and phonecalls with Zleeps, before [name removed] came to the rescue and tried his best to sort out the problem of locating a topper of the quality of the first one, which eventually he did – no argument, nothing too much trouble. Not impressed with the general standard of service from Zleeps but five stars to [name removed]!

Having spent months looking around bed showrooms and department stores, I was beginning to think I would never find the right double memory foam mattress. I didn’t even think about looking online to be honest! I was really glad I did though as I found the perfect double mattress within minutes on the Zleeps website. If you are wondering how to get the perfect mattress and you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg I can definitely recommend Zleeps to you today!

I would choose Zleeps time and time again as I just ordered a new double mattress without any problems and for a great price. We were tired of shopping on the high street for our new mattress – we just couldn’t find the right mattress to suit our needs. Zleeps had the perfect memory foam mattress at a great price so we snapped the special offer up and also got two free memory foam pillows in the bargain!

Very happy with my purchase and the level of customer service from Zleeps was superb. Item was bought on a Sunday, I got a shipping confirmation email Monday night around 6pm and the mattress was delivered on Tuesday around midday.

The item itself came packed in a box, very easy to take upstairs and then I opened it and watched it slowly start to expand. By 10pm that night it was full size and very comfortable.

Zleeps asked me to post a review after I emailed them telling them how great the product was and they sent me a free pillow! Win win all round!

Dont bother with this company they are crooks ordered a mattress said to deliver next day, after 5 days tried to contact them, no number only email. no response from 5 emails, thank god i payed with paypal because i had to take a dispute out against hypnia now i have had a full refund.

My mattress arrived with a dirty polyester cover, not the cotton quilted one advertised. It is 9 inchs not 10 inches deep and has tear in one side.

Three weeks of daily e-mails and only 3 replies each one worse than the last.

I am now resorting to legal action.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are only after your money.

Excellent service and a fantastic product. I have also gone back to the company zleeps and purchased the same item for my caravan. i would highly recommend the supreme mattress.
