“Terrible service!!”

Ordered a bed for next day delivery over the weekend so I thought great the bed will be here Tuesday, no such luck! I contacted the company and after a near half hour wait was told the bed was damaged and would not be arriving. Absolutely dreadful service. Was told I was sent an email to confirm this which was total rubbish! I took the day off especially for the bed to arrive and was given a load of bull. Do not order ANYTHING from these people as they are a total waste of space. I now have to explain to my wife why I pulled apart our old bed in anticipation of the new one arriving, and will have sleep nights on the sofa now until we can find a DECENT bed company and NOT a SHOWER like these!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

“worst service EVER”

After the bed I bought from WeAreBeds turned out to be faulty and poorly crafted and collapsed after only a short time I asked for a replacement. I was asked to take photos to send them. I tried to email them but their email restrictions means you can't send attachments just bounces back. I rang up and I was asked to use whatsapp to send the pictures instead (how professional!?!!!) I don't have whatsapp. Eventually I was offered a repair (not a replacement like I asked). After weeks of wearebeds procrastinating and multiple phonecalls I was told I'd have to wait another month, until after xmas as they couldnt get the replacements to me sooner. So I've been sleeping on the sofa as the bed can only hold the weight of my partner at the moment due to the damage. When the parts finally arrived they were sent to my OLD address not the one I asked, and there was only 2 pieces in the box and the rest theyd promised me were missing. We are beds made some excuse about there was supposed to be 2 parcels but the courier only had one. After another few phonecalls and explaining the situation over and over I was asked what other parts I needed. The person on the telephone was unhelpful and told me they couldnt see that I needed them from the photos I took. I advised them that the parts were cracked and splintered and getting worse every day and all the slats were cracked underneath but I couldn't get UNDER the low bed to take photos could I! There ensued an argument in which a representative from we are beds insisted I didnt need the replacement parts that I asked for even though I assured them I did. I was asked to take more photographs and faff about some more which I was not happy about. Finally the agent agrreed to send the parts I asked for. Then started another argument about the sodding nails that I will need to repair the bed to hold the new parts in place. The agent insisted I didn't need them as there was nothing wrong with the old ones. Well duh, there is because they're all bent and are going to be un-usable once removed from the old bed piece. We are beds seriously expected me to re-use an old nail and were too tight to send me new ones!!! It's a piece of metal!!! Absolute Nightmare. Well, the part(s) I ordered arrived today at the WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN and theres only ONE PART. One slat, no centrepiece at all, no nails as promised and my bed has now completely collapsed. Thanks for NOTHING we are beds. Will be lodging a complaint with my card company.

Oh and I made a complaint on their social media page and they deleted it straight away instead of dealing with it........that's true customer service!!!!!

“VERY POSSIBLY THE WORST SUPPLIER ON THE INTERNET”

Be very wary of buying a bed from this company. They can manage to remove a bed in a cardboard box out of a shipping container from China and send it to you but believe me ,that's where their service ends. If, like us, you are unlucky enough to get a faulty one, they will have you jumping through hoops for weeks on end rather than admit a problem. We have not managed to get any satisfaction after six weeks of continual effort. First they don't believe you when you tell them of the fault (the old "we have sold hundreds of these before" lark. Then they say you must have mis-used the bed. Then they want pictures e-mailed to them. Then they want the bed packaged up and sent back to them. Then they want their suppliers to collect the faulty bed from them for "inspection". Then they want you to wait while their supplier thinks about it. It just goes on ad infinitum in the hope that you will eventually give up. They don't seem to have ever heard of the sale of goods act or if they have they choose to ignore it. Their "customer service dept" is just a group of people who are there to give you the run-around. We have not been able to get our money back even though they had the bed returned to them weeks ago. We buy quite a lot on the internet and we have never come across a supplier so hopeless when it comes to resolving a customer complaint. Most people want to rectify a problem as quickly as possible and keep a happy customer. This is not going to happen with We are Beds,they have quite a different agenda. So before ordering anything from this company just consider the possibility of receiving a faulty item. It happens doesn't it.

“Avoid at all costs”

As an ex-purchaser for Rolls Royce, who used to deal with hundreds of suppliers each month, I can honestly say that this is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a Sealey mattress directly from the Brierley Hill show room with a promised delivery within 10 days. I was also informed that the delivery driver would call to arrange a time for delivery. After not hearing anything on the eleventh day I went back to the showroom and was informed that the order had been misplaced and they would need to rearrange the delivery for the following Tuesday, seven days later than originally promised. I was again told that the driver would call to confirm a delivery time. The day before the delivery I went back to the showroom and asked them to confirm that the delivery was going to happen as again I had not heard from the delivery driver. I was informed that the delivery would take place as planned on the Tuesday morning. At the time of writing this it is now 3pm on the Tuesday afternoon and there is no sign of the goods. I finally lost it and returned to the showroom at lunchtime today and demanded a refund at which point the salesman informed me that the goods were made to order and as such I wasn't entitled to a refund. The fact that the same salesman informed me that they had them in stock at their depot two days before and that he had never said that the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday morning proved to me that he had been lying through his teeth during the entire time that I had been dealing with him. Also don't even bother trying to contact them on any of the numbers displayed on their website as the phone is never picked up and any review on here that gives them a good rating should be deemed as suspect.

“Cant fault any part of the service”

We ordered a faux leather Pacific bed, very pleased with the quality of the bed. Easy to assemble and all parts theier nothing missing. The order was sent in two part however We are beds kept us infomred and even tracked the courier to make sure the secodn part of the order was being deilvered the next day. Cant fault the service or the quality of the itme in any way, would definitley recommend them and buy from them again 5 star qualtiy for a very reasonable price.

I was sorry to see some bad reviews on this site especially since I had such a good transaction with we are beds. After a terrible experience with a different furniture company I went to we are beds to order the same item (which the other company had promised me over a month ago and not delivered.) Maybe its for this reason that I appreciate how great we are beds were. Without trying to sound cliched they really were brilliant from start to finish and I love my new bed, which arrived the next working day. Their customer service was also very helpful. This is exactly how a customers experience should be; 5 star.

“Rubbish”

Got delivery of a metal frame bed, No bolts to put bed together, purchased bolts myself then the holes were not in correct place so bed could not be put together, told would send new part of bed, never heard anything from them, until I contacted them two weeks later, then said they didn't know anything about it. Had to get someone to drill holes in bed then buy other bolts, as had no bed for my daughter to sleep in. Asked what they would do about this and they said they can't do anything as dont pay out.

“Bad Bed Business”

I am used to buy from some websites online and have confidence that the order will be dealt professionally. Upon ordering the bed, I expected the delivery date to be confirmed, instead I had to call the company several times to make sure they received my email with the delivery date. Apparently, there was a problem with the email address and Wearebeds never got my email with delivery date. This had to be done over the phone. It took my time . While the staff in Customer Service were nice and attentive and the phone calls went well, it seems there is a lack of structure or support for the deliveries. When the bed arrived, it was damaged. Then I had to return it, or either, WeareBeds had to collect it. Another several phone calls for it to happen. I just hope the money has been credited back to my Credit Card, as per phone call received. This was a nice part of the service, to have a call confirming the bed was damaged as per my information and the credit would be issued. Trust me not to suggest this website to anyone. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience overall, with uncertainty about the procedures. Upon seeing the bed, the quality was poor and more than anything, the product was damaged. I do understand some of the items or process can go wrong, but in general, I had an impression of dealing with a not much reliable company, or maybe, not well prepared for the service in some instances. “AWFUL - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY”

I ordered a bed frame and mattress from Wearebeds, as I was interested in the next day delivery. After not receiving my items I requested to cancel my order. They do not deliver items within 24 hours. When you realise you are not getting the items you are told that you can't cancel the order as per the terms and conditions. The website is misleading as it does not state which items are NOT included in 24 hour delivery or whether the items can be cancelled. All staff at the company seem clueless and extremely unhelpful, that is when you try to contact them and have to wait 70 minutes to speak to someone. My advice is to use a bigger and more reputable company - I did after this. I am still trying to get a refund. If I could give zero stars I would.

“Great Bed & Mattress”

Ordered a leather bed frame & a silentnight mattress as they were the best price I could find. I was told the mattress would have to be ordered from the manufacturer, so knew there would be a bit of a delay in delivery, but that was fine as they said they would hold onto the bed until the mattress came into stock and then ship them both together. I was called the day before by the driver to let me know he was coming and then he phoned me again the morning of the delivery to say he'd be with us at about 2pm, which was great as we could make sure we were in. He carried all the bed boxes and the mattress into the house on his own - I offered to help as it's a bit of a walk to get around the side of our house and it's quite narrow, but he said he could manage, which he did surprisingly easily! Really pleased with the bed as it looks great in our bedroom and the mattress is so comfy. Would definitely recommend them. Great beds, great prices & friendly delivery staff, what more could you want!

Ordered a bed from We Are Beds almost 3 months ago. Firstly the bed we ordered was recalled to the manufacturer (almost doubling our lead time) which I appreciate wasn't the retailer's fault. Then once I had spoken to their 'customer service' several times (lovely people, just not very helpful and can't make a decision without putting you on hold for 15 minutes or calling you back if a manager isn't in)I asked to have the delivery address changed as we would have moved by the time the bed finally arrives. Fast forward another few weeks and I receive a phone call from a delivery guy from City Link saying he's outside my previous property. I advised him of the new address however he could not re-deliver as it was out of his area. I called We Are Beds to advise and they told me I shouldn't have been told that the delivery address could be changed and that their manager (not in today) would need to listen to the call. IF I hadn't been telling the truth I would have to buy the bed AGAIN, then the previous bed would be refunded to me minus a failed delivery charge!! Finally got a call back after the weekend once the manager had listened to the call and was advised that I WAS telling the truth and as a result I wouldn't have to pay the fee. I advised them that I had hired a van and collected the bed myself from the depo (over 30 miles away). No form of compensation was offered for my time, van hire, petrol, phone calls etc etc etc. I'd sooner just sleep on the floor!!
