*Ordering*
Ordered a bed and mattress deal from here. First disappointment was; despite the website telling me I would be contacted to inform me when the items would be delivered; I received no notification at all and it was only by chance that I had booked a day off work when the items turned up, well the bed....i was then told that the mattress would arrive "at some point" during that day, so had to then spend the rest of my day off work waiting in for the delivery.

*Product*
The quality of the product was far below what I expected even though the item was from the lower end of their price range. I wasn’t expecting 3 slats to break, the headboard fixings to detach from the sides of the bed and the central support struts to bend before I had even spent a single night in the bed. I have honestly never encountered such a poorly constructed piece of furniture.

*Arranging the return*.
I have had to call the shop EVERYDAY since I received the bed/mattress to chase the return through to make sure they are actually looking in to it.


*In summary*
A very poor quality product even taking into account it was from the lower end of their price range; I was still expecting it to be structurally sound, which it clearly wasn’t.
A lack of attention to my return (i.e. no calls to me despite being told there would be)
While the staff on the phone seemed pleasant enough and willing to help; they never seemed to be able to answer my questions and it would always result in them needing the check with someone else which resulted in them promising me a call back (which I have yet to receive).
Taking all of the above into account; I cannot recommend their products or their services and will not be ordering from here again; lesson learnt.
