Bought a new bed in November, so we'd have it well before Christmas - even called them at time of order to check it was in stock, rather than risk just a web purchase.
Two weeks later, still no contact from Loaf, so tried (and failed) to get a hold of them on the phone. Only after I posted on their facebook page did they contact me ... 3 days later ... to offer a delivery date in January.
Appalling - they didn't even try and resolve it. Facebook shows a whole load of people in the same boat as me, with broken promises and Loaf doing nothing about it.
Do not deal with this company - go to John Lewis or something
