I ordered a dormeo single memory foam mattress after watching a TV advert.I was told to expect delivery within a few days.However I received an e mail informing me that due to high demand I would not take delivery until about 25 May.On 21 May I rang customer services to determine what day I could expect delivery.I was both shocked and astounded to be told to expect delivery as far away as earlyD July!When I enquired whether the payment had been taken from my account I was absolutely disgusted to discover payment had been taken on 2 May,a full two months before I could expect delivery.I regard this as completely unacceptable and am quite annoyed.Dormeo mattresses may or may not be of a high quality but if the company does not seriously improve its delivery or continue to fail to keep customers updated on delays to delivery, as well as having the audacity to take payment well before the mattress is dispatched,one thing thing is absolutely certain customers will become ex customers.In conclusion if I had forseen such an unpleasant experience I certainly would NOT have placed my order.It is the first time I have ordered from Dormeo and I can certainly assure you it will be the last!
