What a joy to order from!

Ordered a bed and a mattress from this online store and this one is a model online furniture store - an example that all other online furniture stores that we have dealt with should learn from!

The pricing was competitive, the quality of the product is good. The delivery lead time was reasonable. But most of all, there weren't any false promises - they told us a delivery time 3 hence hence, gave us a time slot, and sure enough, they were here to deliver in that very time slot. No chasing up was required. And sure enough, since we ordered beyond a particular price, we qualified for a useful free gift as well - a set comprising a mattress protector, duvet and 2 pillows - which was delivered to us along with.

The only little snag was that the people delivering the bed first refused to put it into our 1st floor bedroom (which by the way was promised as per Beds on Legs delivery information), stating that they were a 3rd party delivery company (called KnowHow owned by Currys-PCWorld) so they would only deliver at the door. But then, perhaps they grew a conscience or took mercy at me, and did indeed put the bed up in the bedroom where it was supposed to go!
