My bed arrived damaged. I rang customer services on 3 separate occasions, which went straight to being on hold, and after 20-30 minutes ON EACH CALL, my call was still not answered. The only way you can speak to someone is if you call the sales team. We then arranged for a replacement, and again I am in radio silence as to what is happening, and when the replacement will arrive. The emails from customer services don't have a telephone number. Probably due to avoiding all complaints. I will NOT be buying from them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.
