Ordered a wooden bed for our grandaughter, the delivery went fine, but when we put it together 4 of the bolts would not screw into the locking nuts. Emailed customer service and received a auto response saying to allow 72 hours for a response. 6 days later and no response, so after much searching I found the telephone number, when I got through I was told I was fourth in the queue, an hour later I was next to be answered, an hour later and I was still waiting and gave up. Another follow up email and 4 days later I have still received no response.
