I'm really annoyed with bedshed. i spent close to a grand on a double bed and a bunk bed for my kids. the bunk bed creaks and squeak. the bunk bed fell apart within a couple of days of purchasing. i bought these back in august and have been emailing and calling ever since and they haven't bothered to help me.

Having just moved to the area and in the middle of unpacking I realised i needed a bed quickly. I went to the Bedshed store in Llandudno. The Sales assistant was extremely helpful, she asked questions and quickly established what I needed and had the solution for me there and then. She also engaged with her colleagues to agree a quick delivery.

I found the experience so positive at a stressful time she made it painless, it was the first store I went to and it will be my first destination should I need these items again.. In fact I will be going there again this week and this is as a direct result of the 5 star customer service..
