Discovered My Duvet & Pillow last year and have nearly filled all my bedrooms with their duvets and pillows! I received an email that they started a new range of 400 thread count bed linen so I purchased two sets. They feel wonderful, nicer than the 600 thread count I have from another retailer. Customer Services are always so friendly and helpful when I need advise on what to buy next. The delivery is also very quick. Can't thank you enough and I couldn't recommend your website highly enough.

A year ago we bought an All Seasons Deluxe Hungarian Goose Duvet and 2 Pillows .... at the time all I could say was, delivery was prompt and the quality seeded to be good. Having used and cared for them as instructed, I can now say .... the quality is good and I am very happy with them.

My duvet was too hot for the summer so I wanted something light but still a warm enough. I called up and the lady on the phone was really helpful. I bought the duvet over the phone and it came next day! The duvet is a down duvet and just what I was looking for - really light and still snuggly!! I have recommended to some of my friends and would definitely recommend to anyone else looking to buy.

I ordered two duvet storage bags. Two pillow storage bags were sent. I complained, and two more pillow storage bags were sent. I complained again, to be told the bags were correct but the labels were wrong. These bags will not hold a double duvet. Sending another email complaint, no response. I try again, no response. They have washed their hands, can't be arsed to get it right, try and forget their own incompetence. The amount of money was small, the irritation great, plus I have four pillow storage bags I don't need.

One of the few companies that really understands the meaning of customer care. I have been a huge fan of their products for many years. Always beautiful quality and excellent value for money. My Canadian goose down bedding is divine. Recently, I contacted My Duvet and Pillow regarding my Hungarian Down Duvet that I bought approximately 5 years ago. I explained my concern and within 48 hours, I had received a replacement. Now that's what I call Customer Care!

Am really impressed by the quality of the products. The duvet is really warm and we also got a mattress topper which is superb. The delivery time was decent.

Ordered 4.5 tog duvet as our house so well insulated we were so hot even in winter with windows open. It arrived today and I am delighted with it. The cover is soft and luxurious and enough down for it to be cosy but light. Excellent value, super product. Bought pillows last year and absolutely delighted with quality and value.

Really good product and service! I've just got a mattress topper and it's made my bed so much more comfortable. I also got a cotton protector and it's quite soft and comfortable. I'll definitely be back for more when I need some pillows. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I bought a Siberian goose down pillow from them as in the description they stated it had a down proof cover. It turned out the cover was in no way down proof and feathers got everywhere after a few days of use. I reported this to them via their online contact system and got no response. As i didn't get a response I left a review on their website stating that the pillow was not as advertised but the review was removed, leaving only 5 star reviews. This site is deceitful and sells poor quality goods, steer clear.

Products better than expected, arrived in excellent time. Fantastic customer service with help about some items, and all questions / concerns promptly answered. Well done and am totally pleased!

Purchased pillows and duvet which I had to throw away after just 3 months of usage, as there were feathers coming out everywhere and completely unusable. Contacted customer service and after waiting for three days, I was told that there was nothing they could do as I had already thrown the pillows and duvet away. They didn't suggested anything at all to rectify the situation. Definitely not the service I expected, especially keeping in mind that reputable companies offer up to 5-year guarantee on feather and down products! Avoid this company!

This is my first time buying from this company and I am so glad I did! It was for a pair of down pillows and a duvet and it's really warm and light and the pillow is really supportive. It wasn't a cheap purchase for me but the price was really good. The delivery was really fast and I would definitely recommend!

King size micro-fibre mattress topper advertised as 3 inches deep. It wasn't - it was 2 inches deep. Arrived in poor outer cardboard box packaging that was torn - although that may have been the delivery companies fault. Anyway - product returned. Customer service was good after I showed photo's of the size and a return label was provided, and an eventual refund received a few weeks later. The details on the website still not updated and still say 3 inches. I did not open the product and so this review cannot comment about the quality or comfort of the product.

I purchased an Edelweiss Hungarian duvet and pillows for myself and the Sanitized Anti Allergy for the children. The Edelweiss is just heavenly, I cannot believe how cozy, light and fluffy a duvet can be and I just sink my head into the gorgeous pillows. For the children, I've been looking for years for bedding that is genuinely Anti Allergy but with a pure cotton casing. These look and feel as nice as a high end expensive one but for a very reasonable price. The service was excellent too. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you My Duvet and Pillow. I bought a hungarian down duvet from a competitor in the past and when I saw the prices here, I thought it seemed too good to be true - but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Duvet arrived and there is NO WAY it's hungarian down, or if it is it's a lot like a very ducky goose. I don't know how I can check what the composition is but I really don't believe what they've labelled it as. DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT BUY FROM.

Excellent duvet - very light, soft and warm. The down is separated into small pockets, unlike all the other duvets that I have had, so it always stays in place and doesn't leave bare patches. There has been absolutely no leakage of any down, unlike the reviews I have seen of other quite expensive duvets. Because it is so light it is very easy to shake and very easy to slide it off you if you become too warm, without creating a mound of feathers in the middle of the bed. I am absolutely delighted with the duvet and wish that I had bought it years ago. Definitely worth paying the extra considering how many hours of our lives are spent in bed.

Placed my order on the 10th of August, received an email about some problem at the warehouse and the order will be delayed for 2-3 days. No further communication - 8 days now and no item, no response to my emails. what kind of service is that after paying £££ for a pillow! VERY DISAPPOINTED and will never use again!
