Purchased item it arrived badly soiled and button missing. Eventually after loads of emails got them to accept a return.

Returned it fully tracked mail - they received it.

Then they made every excuse why they can't refund me for weeks.

Then said they had refunded me but Amazon had taken my money and put it on hold.

Rang Amazon they said no way - the money was still not refunded.

They then said wont speak anymore as far as they were concerned they wanted nothing more to do with it.

They still have my money. Ive not been refunded. Reported them online and wrote an honest review and they applied to have it taken down - ive appealed as I am still out of pocket !

Worst company ive ever dealt with online ! Awful

I wished id seen these reviews prior to buying id have stayed well clear

Take them to the small claims - my case was decided in 10 minutes when the judge saw the rubbish they had sold me and the way they dealt with it. They are shockers and I believe this site gives the true picture - not the other one they ask for reviews on that cannot be "trusted"!
