I purchased a large duvet -15 TOG, and 4 pillows from E4Emporium via LivingSocial.
The voucher stated delivery in 5 days of purchase. After 7 days and no product, I contacted the company directly and customer service looked into my order and got back to me a few days later a stated I would receive my order in 5 days. Another 7 days passed and still no goods. I contacted the company again but received no response. I have filed a complaint with Trading Standards. Company director/principal stock holder -
I should have done more research before buying anything from LivingSocial which is now suspect and should not be considered trustworthy.
