Forgot showrooms and flash high street store, This company dont have either but they have a selection to die for and prices no one else could match, In the centre of Bradford they havr parking and although they are not a showrrom they took hours getting all the products i bought out of stock and out of the boxes to show me I will shop here again everytime i need plumbing products

Purchased a number of items for new guest loo at Christmas time and all went very well, good communication & fast delivery. The items were fitted and looked fantastic, however on refilling the soap dispenser which was playing up a bit I noticed the inner bottle had split at top so it was no longer pumping well. Contacted Bradford Bathrooms by email & asked if they could help, including pictures of the faulty item. They responded immediately and escalated the issue to the manufacturer/wholesaler for action. I received a replacement unit within 2 weeks and am delighted both with the item and especially the polite and expedited service. Highly recommended.

99% of the time order and delivery ran like clockwork. the other 1% was rectified so quickly and politely i could not be more pleased and satisfied.

Fantastic customer service, I vivisted the Bradford bathroom shop to buy a new basin mixer tap, I have already decided what i wanted, however when i got there after speaking to one of there office staff for 10 minutes they told me i didnt require a new tap but a new carterdige instead, This saved me £50 and im sure most places would have just sold me what i wanted rather than helping me save money, Very impressed

First visit last week they had everything I needed at super low prices and they had it all in stock ready to go, I would recommend the Bradford bathroom company to anyone, They also have a large car park so although it shows they are in the town centre its easy to get to and park !

Easy to deal with company, very friendly staff. I ordered a butler sink, some brass bib taps but also needed a matching brass sink waste. The staff at the Bradford Bathroom Company very quickly organised the manufacturer to have a sink waste brass coated at the same time as the bib taps so that they matched. I was shocked that this could even be done, I wasn't expecting this level of service. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend.

Our items (shower enclosure and tray) arrived really quickly - they actually came on a Sunday afternoon, due to the Bank Holiday weekend, and this suited us perfectly! There was one small screw cap missing. I emailed the company and a replacement was sent to us within a few days. We would definitely recommend Bradford Bathroom Company!!

Needed to replace my toilet seat Rak 600 series found item on Bradford bathroom site ordered the replacement seat came in a couple of days and fitted perfectly. The item bought was of a much better quality than original which I purchased with bathroom suite from other wholesaler. Would recommend site and would definitely recommend to others.

Delivery was a bit slow. I think they must have had a stock issue. But when product arrived it was well packaged and exactly what I wanted that I could not find on the high street.
