Very disappointed with the customer services of this company. We bought a bathroom vanity unit with sink about £350. Whilst the vanity unit was being lifted and moved by my plumber the wood joints on one side came apart. Unfortunately the plumber did not notice as he was concentrating on the plumbing for the unit. Basically the company's response was we sell hundreds of these units without issue. So basically if you want to risk spending £300-500 or more on a bathroom vanity unit you better hope that everything is ok and the issues are visible because if not, you will have to remedy the problem at your cost. We are having to pay for the plumber to remove the sink, pay for a joiner to make the vanity unit structurally secure and get the plumber to re-connect the sink. Beware.

We ordered an oak bathroom cabinet with marble top, bowl and tap from www.bathroomsandmorestore.co.uk. We had an enquiry first which we made by email and they came back to us by phone within an hour. After order, a dispatch note was issued promptly and the goods turned up 2 working days later, well wrapped and in great condition.

I'd recommend this company having had a really good experience of buying from them - and the cabinet looks superb too.
