They took my money for a bath panel and I have not heard back from them for over a month. In my experience Bathpanelsonline are not to be trusted. They do not reply to email and it's impossible to leave them a message as their voicemail is full.

Also trading as bathpanelworld.co.uk read all the reviews before you order. The promised 5-7 days delivery is a promise they are unlikely to keep if they can deliver at all. Your e-mails will go unanswered. Your calls will not be returned. I have virtually rebuilt my house by buying materials and goods on the internet. This is the only Company to fail me. So don't blindly order thinking that all internet companies offer great service. Look at the reviews first.

As I say I have had fantastic service, delivery times and communications from at least 20 companies I've used. That's what web ordering should be like. bathpanelsonline.co.uk should be avoided at all costs. Thankfully Barclay Card are refunding my money.

Do not touch this website with a barge pole. Took payment immediately and a month later no contact from them whatever. They don't reply to any emails and their phone number diverts to a mobile which can't accept calls. I had to recover my payment from my bank. Not one good word to say about them.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered but no product and no reply to emails and calls. Credit card company claiming money back. Looks good on the website but clearly a company run from a house with no desire to offer good and honest service.

I have not used this company as whilst doing a company search I noted that they have the same registered address as Bath Panel World, a company I have been let down by and which has poor reviews on this site. The web site appears to be very similar with the same wording and products. They appear to be trying to attract customers who would avoid Bath Panel World.
