Have always bought Triton over the years but no more. Purchased an expensive, brand new t80z. On pre-install inspection a screw was seen to be loose and not accessible to tighten. Contacted Triton who needed an engineer to visit but in one week's time. So a BRAND new, un-used item that was faulty when it left the factory. Now needs an engineer visit to fix the fault. It may just be that faulty showers are the norm with engineers running around to repair faults? Now facing days of delay as Triton were unwilling to replace until the faulty one was returned. However, poor quality goods, un-necessary additional expense, time delays and aggravation. I am now migrating to Mira. Triton is no longer for me.
