I had opened an online account and went into a branch to idendifime, I had to wait half an hour to be served and the unkompetente woman did not accept my address and had to also take him to speak because of my name with her manager. The account was not opened at the end, because the address was not accepted. Only time and nerves wasted. RBS? No way!
