Already holding a business account with them ,went in to open another for a new business, had to go in 3 times as every time they were asking for different pieces of information and after 3rd time they came up with yet another thing which is not on their list and member of staff could not articulate what had to be in it. Got irrated, one of the so called managers can in to shut me up, then proceeded to ignore me and came up with a ridiculous reason why they could not open this account. We paid cheque in which was immediately followed by a letter, validity of which I am about to check advising that from now on they will charge us for paying cheques in, funny coincidence it happened a day after I paid one in.
Once the accounts are done in April definitely will be closing account down. unprofessional and without knowledge.
