I never write reviews, but today's service by the bank requires one. I phoned from abroad regarding an admin problem with my account. It was resolved promptly and without me asking, they have credited my account £50 for having to deal with this during a holiday plus £15 to cover the long distance phone costs. The agent did an exceptional job at treating me well and making me glad that I bank with Bank of Scotland.
