The mortgage dept at Bristol was extremely customer unfriendly and incompetent.. When I made a small complaint the head of complaints made absolutely no attempt to answer my question / concern . Instead he was very sarcastic in his response and when I spoke to his colleague in the department , he was just as useless and spoke nonsense as his mate did.
These individuals were completely incompetent in dealing with a simple query of mine . Absolutely no idea of any customer friendly service... They ought to go back to school and learn. I was so glad I no longer have this banks mortgage.. Who wants to do business with a bank who have individuals working for them that treat their customers like crap....
